Request Callback is a fully customizable online form that will ask visitor's phone number and other details and send a mail to configurable e-mail address. You can make the User field to optional , required or make them hide from the user.
Step 1: Place an instance of "Request Callback" module on the desire page. Step 2: Setup the "Admin Option" as per your requirement. Step 3: User screen will depend on what "Admin Option" has been choosen. User will fill up the above form by providing his name, purpose of call, phone number, email address and other details ( depending on the option available to him, setup in step 3) and press the submit button.Step 4: User will see the "Response Message" (configurable from the "Admin Option") Step 5: Check the mail account you specified in the "Admin Option" to "Send Request Callback To Email", you will have the "Request Alert" mail which will show what options user has selected on the form.
