Request A Quote is an fully customizable online form. You can customize your User Interface by making user fields to Optional, Required or Hide from the user.

- There is a new Form Layout page to change Submit button type as Link button or Image button for user's choice and user can upload any image for image button also.
- There are 6 extra customizable fields (Extra1, Extra2, Extra3, extra4, Extra5, Extra6). User can use them according to your requirements. They are hidden by default.
